Aquaculture is one of the fastest growing industries in the world, with the potential for significant impact on the state of Minnesota. While only one in five Americans are considered frequent fish and seafood purchasers, consumers are increasingly gravitating toward this source of protein, citing health benefits as an incentive. Join AURI as we learn from leaders in Minnesota’s aquaculture industry and how they are positioning for growth.

Food | Ag | Ideas Week will move forward in a hybrid model this year coming back both virtually and in person. This year we will be keeping all of the panels and speakers virtual to maximize accessibility – with folks attending from 3 countries and over 20 states last year we want to make sure everyone can tune in for great content, but all the networking will be in person!
There are 3 track days (Food Systems, Ag, and CPG) to pick and choose from. You can choose to attend one day or two or attend the whole week – flexible pricing by day so you can build your own schedule, or get the weeklong pass and attend the entire event! Additionally there are 2 networking events per track day (breakfast in the morning, larger event in the evening). Plus there are some fun in person tours as well (farm, manufacturing, brewery, etc.).This is an invitation to be inspired, connect with leaders and get involved in Minnesota’s food and agriculture ecosystem.
Food | Ag | Ideas Week is structured to support and engage all members of our ecosystem – farmers and growers, entrepreneurs and innovators, investors and academics, and the entire support system full of industry experts. This conference will share different perspectives and highlight opportunities and innovations across the food and ag tech space, and within food and society.
