In an effort to develop a better understanding of the shared commercial kitchen business model, AURI commissioned a report to discover the dynamics that challenge the viability of commercial kitchen businesses. Working with CLUTCH Performance, in close partnership with Food Works Group (FWG), with funding, in part, by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA), AURI is now pleased to share the results.
Throughout this webinar, attendees will learn about what AURI discovered, as well as hear recommendations that can help strengthen this segment of the food value chain, with the goal of creating a system that better supports scaling food businesses.
