2014 Midwest Dairy Research Forum

The 2014 Midwest Dairy Research Forum held prior to the NCCIA annual conference will be held in October with a theme of “Impact of Heat Resistant Organisms on the Quality of Dairy Products.” This year’s forum will focus on bacteria that causes spoilage of fluid milk, dairy-based products and ingredients. Attendees will learn about thermoduric, sporeformers and strategies to control them on-farm, in processing and in products. The  forum will focus on the impact of in plant practices on milk quality.
