Do you like trying new foods and supporting small businesses? You could help influence the next food trend by signing up to be a taste tester today!
The new Food Product Evaluation and Sensory Lab, created by AURI and Southwest Minnesota State University, is looking for individuals to provide critical feedback on their product experience for Minnesota food companies. Food product evaluation sessions typically last 15 minutes and are conducted on campus in IL 216. You may also be asked to participate in small focus group sessions lasting up to an additional 30 minutes. There is easy, convenient parking for community members. Some food companies may offer a stipend for participation, dependent upon the stage of product development and budget.
Follow the link to complete the short survey to be entered into a pool of possible taste testers for future products. For questions, email auri-foodlab@auri.org.
The Food Product Evaluation and Sensory Lab is paid in part with bonding dollars from the State of Minnesota in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
