AURI scientist Alan Doering recently gave Minnesota’s Next Generation Energy board a lot of information to digest. International Agriculture

Value-added agricultural products may not enjoy the same export success as raw commodities, but efforts are well underway to change that balance. AURI project development director Denny Timmerman recently returned from Governor Mark Dayton’s trade mission to South Korea. NextGen Bioenergy Grants

The NextGen Energy Board is seeking applications for the next round of grants designed to further Minnesota’s bioenergy industry. Created in 2007, the NextGen Energy board works to reduce the state’s dependence on fossil fuels, encourage the use of home-grown energy, works toward agricultural and environmental sustainability while ensuring rural economic vitality.
