Fergus Falls, Minn.— Senator Al Franken will share his thoughts on energy issues and the future of Minnesota’s renewable energy industry with Minnesota’s Renewable Energy Roundtable. The event will be held June 4 in Fergus Falls.
“We are excited to have Senator Franken speaking at the Roundtable,” says Kate Paris of AURI and Roundtable coordinator. “Policy plays a significant role in renewable energy and it is great for the MNRER to get a first hand update on what’s happening in Washington D.C.”
Minnesota’s Renewable Energy Roundtable is a multi-organizational effort to bring the state’s resources together to advance the industry. The intent is to take action on the immediate challenges and opportunities facing our state, region and nation, using Minnesota’s assets.
