The Agricultural Utilization Research Institute released its 2016 Annual Report, which highlights the organization’s efforts in furthering value-added agriculture within its four focus areas.
“The past year saw AURI work on more than 200 projects, with 114 of them newly initiated during the fiscal year,” said AURI Executive Director Shannon Schlecht. “A significant driver of this activity was steady-to-increasing demand for the organization’s services in the areas of food and coproducts.”
