As the Director of Organizational Advancement at the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI), Linda leads culture and organizational development strategies, including staff and board development, HR development systems, staff recruitment, hiring, and policy. Through AURI’s values and culture, continuous professional and leadership development is offered to board members and staff to meet an ever-changing future.
Linda’s is affiliated with MIT’s Theory U Leadership, the NeuroLeadership Institute, Transformative Learning Center and the Heart Leader Academy. Her other interests include building thriving communities, leadership coaching and spending time in nature.
Linda served in leadership and development positions over the past 30 years. Her background includes experiences in community college leadership, talent development, organizational development, online learning systems, corporate training and product launches. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management and Technology from the University of Minnesota, Crookston and a master’s in management from the University of Mary. Linda received her doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Dakota.
