Angela Owens

As AURI’s Executive Assistant, Angela provides administrative support and logistical coordination for the executive team and board of directors. She provides multifaceted office support organization-wide, ensuring high-quality, day-to-day administrative and operational effectiveness. Additionally, she manages promotional and office inventory, coordinates meeting and event logistics, prepares meeting notes and support materials, and maintains office equipment.

Angela coordinates AURI’s employee insurance benefits and explains human resource procedures, laws, standards, or regulations that apply to benefits to employees. She is involved in various human resource-related activities, such as assisting with the development and maintenance of policy and procedures, and leads AURI’s Wellness Team.

Angela brings 20 years of experience in customer service and administrative support to AURI. She previously served as an accounts receivable representative with Digi-Key Corporation and as a department leader at Pamida. In addition to her work at AURI, Angela manages the business aspects of her family farm operation.

Angela Owens has an Associate of Applied Science in Dietetics degree from the University of Minnesota-Crookston.
