AURI is seeking a Bioindustrial Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Waseca, MN pilot facility, ensuring smooth workflows and efficiencies. This position oversees the anaerobic digestion pilot and the biomass handling and densification equipment with one supervisee.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, workflow management, mechanical skills, the ability to read and follow an electrical or equipment diagram, and a keen practical sense. The following are the minimum and preferred qualifications. The full position description is here.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate degree in a relevant discipline or higher or its equivalent.
• Five years of experience in industrial equipment and/or workshop management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Driver’s license and personal transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in agricultural commodities process equipment and processes.
• Experience in anaerobic digestion technologies.
